Lexi discusses her childhood and the importance basketball played in her life at an early age. The drums started calling her name in middle school where she would later find extreme bliss performing for others in her college band. Lexi mentions how she balanced working multiple jobs, attending school, and being in a band all at the same time. She is currently working as a social media market manager for a restaurant organization called The McNellie's Group in Oklahoma.

Towards the end of the episode, Lexi discusses another passion where she works with a group called Camelback Ventures. MISSION | Camelback Ventures is an accelerator that identifies, develops, and promotes early-stage underrepresented entrepreneurs with the aim to increase individual and community education, and generational wealth.
